We are seeking a Regulatory Affairs Manager who bridges the gap between complex science, engineering, and public policy. This position is based out of our Portland, Maine office with flexible work-from-home options. You should expect prolonged periods of desk/computer work, the ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally, and the flexibility to travel to conferences and project sites as needed to support our global mission.

ORPC Canada est à la recherche d’un gestionnaire du développement de projets pour diriger les projets canadiens qui lui seront confiés, de la phase de développement jusqu’à la préparation à la construction, au déploiement, à la mise en service et aux premières opérations. Ce rôle assurera la gestion de la gouvernance de projet, de la livraison, des permis, de la mobilisation des parties prenantes, des consultants, des entrepreneurs, de la conformité, des budgets, des échéanciers, des risques et des rapports pour des initiatives clés, notamment des projets à Montréal et à Fort Providence.
La personne retenue sera un leader de projet pragmatique, organisé et collaboratif, capable d’apporter de la structure à des travaux complexes, de communiquer efficacement avec des publics techniques et non techniques, et de bâtir des relations de confiance avec les collectivités, les partenaires autochtones, les organismes de réglementation, les consultants, les entrepreneurs et les équipes internes.
Ce poste est basé à Sherbrooke, au Québec, selon un mode de travail hybride, avec des déplacements vers les sites de projets canadiens au besoin.

ORPC Canada is seeking a Project Development Manager to lead assigned Canadian projects from development through construction readiness, deployment, commissioning and early operations. This role will manage project governance, delivery, permitting, stakeholder engagement, consultants, contractors, compliance, budgets, schedules, risks and reporting for key initiatives, including projects in Montreal and Fort Providence.
The successful candidate will be a practical, organized and collaborative project leader who can bring structure to complex work, communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences, and build trusted relationships with communities, Indigenous partners, regulators, consultants, contractors and internal teams.
This position is based in Sherbrooke, QC, with a hybrid work arrangement and travel to Canadian project sites as needed.
