Sybille Cyr

Sybille is responsible for all aspects of day to day accounting, including maintaining grant budgets, and completing quarterly and year-end reports. She maintains and enhances the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices. She has more than three years bookkeeping experience related to grant accounting and comes to ORPC with over 10 years of experience in business administration and bookkeeping.
