About the Role

ORPC is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to work with our Director of Communications to oversee the ORPC brand, enhancing the company’s global leadership position in the marine renewable energy industry through a multi-faceted communications program. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker who has the ability to create a digital marketing roadmap and manage ORPC’s online presence to effectively reach prospective customers and stakeholders. Additional responsibilities include overseeing the work of digital marketing vendors, assisting the Communications Director with tradeshows and marketing materials and managing the CRM software for the Communications team.

As part of the ORPC team, the Digital Marketing Manager will work with a motivated and dedicated workforce to implement renewable energy solutions. Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement digital media strategy and budget
  • Manage ORPC’s online presence (create written and visual content, measure effectiveness, recommend improvements, implement both organic and paid marketing) to effectively reach ORPC customers and stakeholders
  • Oversee work of digital marketing vendors, including website developer and sub-contractors
  • Assist Communications Director with other marketing needs including development of marketing materials (fact sheets, newsletters, blogs), tradeshow presence and sponsorships, presentations, and video production, as requested
  • Manage Customer Relationship Management/Enterprise Resource Planning software internal interface for Communications team
  • Manage monthly, quarterly and annual communication documents provided for staff, board of directors and shareholders.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with fellow staff members, the ORPC leadership team, international subsidiaries and other internal/external stakeholders to effectively implement digital marketing efforts
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

  • Thorough understanding of internet and general marketing strategies, including new opportunities and trends, web analytics and SEO techniques
  • Experienced in managing social media, including ability to conduct and correctly interpret research and web analytics
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe creative applications, including video production
  • Track record of success carrying out essential functions of this position
  • Knowledge of CRM software helpful
  • Knowledge of French and Spanish languages helpful


Education and Experience Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in digital/online marketing, business marketing, communication, or related field required
  • FAA UAS Remote Pilot license desirable


The successful candidate will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team based in Europe, Canada, South America and the United States. This position is a hybrid position with the opportunity for remote work. Some domestic and international travel required.
