Portland, ME, December 7, 2011 – Ocean Renewable Power Company (ORPC) announced today that it has submitted two new preliminary permit applications to the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) for sites in the vicinity of the Lubec Narrows and Treats Island.
