Jean comes to ORPC Canada with a background in electrical distribution from his career as a technical manager for a Quebec public utility company. He has a B.Eng. in electrical engineering from Université de Sherbrooke. At ORPC, Jean focuses on building, installing, and connecting shore stations to the local grid.
